MAFP Strategic Plan 2005-2010

VISION:
The MAFP establishes the specialty of family medicine as the core of Minnesota health care.

MISSION:
The MAFP supports and promotes family physicians as they provide quality, comprehensive and on-going medical care for patients of all ages.

MEMBERSHIP

#1: Continue strategies to retain and increase membership

#2:  Enhance academic activities (medical schools and residency programs)
 

EDUCATION/COMMUNICATION

#3:  Help members be successful with new family medicine board re-certification process

#4:  Educate members regarding the Future of Family Medicine's new model of care.

#5:  Maintain and enhance MAFP education programs:
