Medical Home Awareness Month

Family Physicians across the state are taking notice of the recent legislation passed in the 2008 session about establishing medical homes/health care homes.  That's why the MAFP choose November as Medical Home Awareness Month in hopes of educating members about what implementing a medical home will mean to them personally and to their clinic.

Via emails, each member was asked to take one or two small steps to improve their medical home practice.
