Haiti Disaster Relief

The AAFP Foundation is asking for member donations to support relief efforts in Haiti.  Contributions will go to help partner relief agencies, Heart to Heart International and International Medical Corps.  Both organizations are mobilized in this devastated area.  For more information, please click here.
