Call for Proposals
The MAFP Foundation fulfills its mission by identifying
programs, projects and community partnerships that advance the work
of the MAFP Foundation. The MAFP Foundation supports innovative and
high interest projects and programs that reflect our mission.

Minneapolis will host the Sixth National Conference on Quality
Health Care for Culturally Diverse Populations: Partnerships for
the future: Supporting practitioners and advancing the field through
innovation, policy and research.

The conference will continue its broad-based
appeal by engaging providers, communities, and policymakers to

Foundation Marks 20th Anniversary
This year marks the 20th anniversary for the
Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians Foundation. We’re looking
for family physicians, donors, student, residents, and former staff
to share their favorite memories to mark this milestone
