MAFP Spring Refresher Exhibitor Information

The exhibit hall at our Spring Refresher provides an opportunity for family physicians to see the latest in products and services.  This conference is recognized as an excellent educational meeting for family physicians.  Attendance is anticipated to be over 400, including family physicians, family medicine residents, medical students and other health professionals.

Attendance
The MAFP markets the Spring Refresher primarily to its 3,000 members, including practicing family physicians, family medicine residents and medical students in Minnesota. Members of the American Academy of Family Physicians who live in neighboring states near the Minnesota border, family physicians in Minnesota who are not MAFP members and Minnesota physician assistants are also targeted.

Booth Assignments
The MAFP Spring Refresher exhibit hall's booths have sold out quickly in the past years. Booth assignments will be made in February from a point system based on the date of receipt of the exhibitor application (five points per week prior to deadline) and the number of years an organization has exhibited (one point per year).  No requests for exhibit space will be accepted by telephone or email.
