MAFP Spring Refresher Exhibitor Information

Our 2012 Spring Refresher will be held April 26 - 27 at the Minneapolis Convention Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  All organizations, with a medical focus, are invited to participate.  The exhibit hall provides an opportunity for family physicians to see the latest in products and services.

The Spring Refresher is recognized as an excellent educational meeting for family physicians.  Attendance is anticipated to be over 375, including family physicians, family medicine residents, medical students, and other health professionals.

There are two ways to complete an application to exhibit:

 

1.  Register online here. (payment is needed at time of registration)

 

2.  Click here to print a paper copy of the application and return it by fax, email (as a .pdf attachment) to lregehr@mafp.org, or mail (payment does not need to be included at time of registration but is needed by February 13, 2012).

 

You will receive a receipt of application by email. 

 

The cost for an exhibit booth is $950.  Booth assignments will be made on February 17, 2012, from a point system based on the number of years your organization has exhibited at the Spring Refresher (one point for each year) and the date your application is received (five points per week prior to February 17).  If a booth block (several booths in a row) is needed or, if your organization’s booth must be next to another organization’s booth, please note that on your application.  Exhibitor displays will be outside of the room where the meeting is taking place.      

 

Full payment, or requests in writing for payment arrangements over the exhibiting organization’s letterhead, must be received by February 13, 2012, for booths to be assigned.  Credit card payments can be made online here.  Checks should be made out to the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians.  The MAFP federal tax identification number is 41-0804400.
