What are the Exhibit Hall hours?
- Thursday, April 16 - 6:45 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
- Friday, April 17 - 6:45 a.m. – 1:15 p.m.
All booths should be staffed from 8:15 a.m. until the exhibit
hall closes each day. Exhibitors may choose to be in the
exhibit hall during the continental breakfast beginning at 6:45
a.m., traffic is very light during this time.
Where can I load in and load out?
- You can load in and out through the convention center's 12th
Street entrance. Move-in or move-out through the Minneapolis
Convention Center lobby is strictly limited to hand-carried items.
Wheels of any kind (luggage carts, dollies, flatbeds, or anything
mechanical) are prohibited. Material which requires the use of
wheeled or mechanical equipment must be delivered to the exhibit
floor through the 12th Street entrance.

Can we have a raffle or a drawing?
- No
- Prizes, awards, drawings, raffles, lotteries or games of chance of
any kind are expressly prohibited. Registrants may not register at the Spring
Refresher for drawings that might be conducted after the conference.
This complies with the American Academy of Family Physicians rules
and regulations regarding CME programs.
How were Booth Assignments made?
Booths are assigned according to a point system based on the
date the application was received and the number of years an
organization has
attended the show. For more specific information, see the
Prospectus.
Can we attend the CME Sessions?
You are welcome to attend the CME sessions, if your booth is covered
by other representatives. Please wait until the attendees are seated
and take an extra seat. All CME sessions are expected to be full.
