'New Model of Family Medicine' DVDs

The New Model of Family Medicine in Minnesota video debuted at the Spring Refresher in April 2005.  The 27-minute video is meant to encourage MAFP members to embrace the concepts of the 'new model of family medicine' as defined in the Future of Family Medicine report. 
 

The video showcases more than a dozen clinics throughout the state that are already achieving some of the new model concepts.  The MAFP will send one DVD copy to members at no charge.  To request your DVD, please email office@mafp.org.  Additional DVDs or those for non-members can be purchased for $10 each.
