'New Model of Family Medicine' DVDs

The New Model of Family Medicine in Minnesota DVD debuted at the Spring Refresher in April 2005.  The program shows practical applications of the eleven tenets identified by the AAFP Future of Family Medicine report.  In the DVD, Minnesota family physicians talk about how their clinic implemented the concepts to improve patient care.
 

The DVD can be viewed now by visiting the U of M Department of Family Medicine and Community Health website or you can request that a copy be sent to you.
