Reporting CME

You can report your CME online via the CME Center on the AAFP website. Once there, click on the My CME Record tab on the left side and follow the instructions.  Please note that you will need your ID number to access the AAFP member section.

You can review your current list, report your CME activity, download a reporting form and check your re-election status. The Frequently Asked Questions section explains the hours required for membership and the difference between prescribed and elective credit.

To report your CME by mail, send a list citing the title, date, location and sponsor of each activity, along with the number of hours attended and your complete name and address to:
