Minnesota Family Physician (MFP) Practice Opportunity Ads

The rate structure per ad, per issue, is as follows. These rates are for narrative ads without graphics.

25 words or less.......$25.00
26-50 words............$45.00
51-75 words............$65.00
76-100 words...........$85.00

Practice Opportunity ads must not exceed 100 words.

Sample Ad: "Northwest metro area: Physician owned family practice group of 15 seeks a partner with O/B and a hospitalist. Competitive salary, excellent benefits. For additional information send C.V. to.... at.... or email...."

Advertisers will be billed after every issue. They will also be given an opportunity to renew their ad for the upcoming issue. Ads will be canceled if payment is not received by renewal date for next issue.

May/June 2009 Issue = April 27, 2009

July/August 2009 Issue = June 29, 2009

Sept/Oct 2009 Issue = August 24, 2009

Nov/Dec 2009 Issue = October 26, 2009

Jan/Feb 2010 Issue = December 28, 2009

March/April 2010 Issue = February 22, 2010

May/June 2010 Issue = April 26, 2010

July/August 2010 Issue = June 28, 2010

Sept/Oct 2010 Issue = August 23, 2010

Nov/Dec 2010 Issue = October 25, 2010

On-line Ads

Practice Opportunity ads appearing in the print version of the MFP will automatically be placed in the on-line version at no extra charge when the MFP is published on the MAFP website. Ads will also be placed in the 'Practice Opportunities' section of the website until an advertiser cancels their MFP ad at one of the bi-monthly renewal dates.

An advertiser may decide not to place an ad in the MFP, but place an on-line ad only. Such an ad would be placed in the 'Practice Opportunities' section of this website. The rate is for a narrative ad without graphics.

25-100 words.........$35.00

Placement of on-line ads will occur within 3 business days of receiving order. Ads will stay on-line for two month increments. Billing will take place as soon as the ad is placed, with an opportunity to renew every two months. Ads will be cancelled if payment is not received by the renewal date. Advertisers may request their ads be removed from the on-line MFP at any time.
