Researcher of the Year Award
The Researcher of the Year Award is meant to serve as a visible
affirmation of the importance of research to the MAFP, family physicians
and their patients. This award is presented to an individual who, through
the course of his or her career, has contributed in a major, outstanding
manner to the development of family medicine research in Minnesota or
nationally.
Non-physicians are eligible, but all nominations must be made by
MAFP/AAFP members. The selection committee may also consider individuals
it identifies as meritorious if they are not nominated through the open
call for nominations.
All nominations must be made in writing. Include your name and phone
number, the name and phone number (if possible) of the person you are
nominating and why you believe that person is deserving.
