Medical Student Award for Contributions to Family Medicine
This award recognizes one fourth-year medical student for family
medicine activities on a local, community, medical school, state or
national level.
Nominations for this award come from fellow students, residents,
teacher, or other MAFP members. All nominations must be made in writing.
Please explain why the nominee is deserving. Also, if available, please
forward a copy of the nominee’s CV. Nominees must be MAFP members,
although involvement in the MAFP is not a pre-requisite.
Nominations for the 2010 award accepted beginning
October 1, 2009.

All nominations are carefully considered by the MAFP Board of Directors.
Board members will select the winner.
The Medical Student Award for Contributions to Family Medicine
will be presented during the MAFP Annual Meeting/Spring Refresher in
April 2010.
