attended the session last year to benefit from this year. Adaptive
leadership means grappling with competing values and changing
attitudes, encouraging new learning and developing new behaviors. It

The Adaptive
Leadership program will follow the organizational Board
meeting after the House of Delegates on April 25. It will take
place at Market Bar-B-Que within walking distance of the Minneapolis
Convention Center. Limited menu
and soft drinks will be available starting at 6:00 p.m. Also a cash
bar will be offered. The presentation is scheduled from 6:30 p.m.
to 8:30 p.m.
Cost: $20 for practicing physicians,
free for medical students and family medicine residents
